A common breakfast sandwich on the street in Dakar is baguette filled with omelet–always cooked in lots of oil, and usually with onions too–with optional frites, or fries. We always put pimon, a spicy sauce, on it too. It’s pretty tasty: a bit greasy, salty, and satisfying. Not surprisingly, it’s rather delicious hangover food!
