This beautiful cider is a limited-production, 100% organic wine from Maniadakis Orchard in Quebec, where the apples are frozen on the tree, pressed, and left to naturally ferment for two years–an increasingly rare, authentic way to make this local specialty w/out shortcuts. This store was offering samples, and we had to buy a bottle, finding it delicate & smooth, with a super fresh apple taste.
