Fried Fish & Patacones (fried plantain) Submitted by cld92000

Fried in oil but not greasy and topped with bits of fresh cucumber. The fish was fleshy and tender peeling easily off the bone. The fried plantain was tender as well not to dry. It was the perfect mid afternoon meal along with some cold beer.
