Ćevapi, or ćevapčići, is a traditional dish of sausage-like minced-meat kebabs--really well-seasoned beef, in this case--served with chopped raw onion and a large piece of grilled flatbread. You tear off a piece of the bread and wrap it around a piece of meat. It's so simple and rustic, yet addictively delicious. You must have it with a Croatian pivo, like Ožujsko.
