One of our favorite Portuguese dishes. Oven roasted octopus in a bath of olive oil and roasted garlic. It is usually served with small smashed potatoes, that in Portugal we call ‘Batatas a murro’ (literal translation is punched potatoes.). The octopus is deliciously tender adn moist because of the olive oil bath it cooks in.
