Octopus Salad is a typical Portuguese preparation of seafood. Boiled diced octopus (boiled just for the right amount of time not to be chewy) is simmered in heaps of virgin olive oil, finely chopped onions and cilantro. Fairly light, yet so flavorful! Eaten as snack or appetizer in coastal regions of Portugal, like Lisbon.
