A sweet bread with marble-like swirls, cozonac is typically made during holidays like Christmas and Easter. The stall we stumbled upon sold primarily plain cozonac; however, sometimes it will have raisins, nuts or lemon zest mixed into it. Others might have a vanilla or rum flavor.
