This was a great lahmacun: thin, crispy, flavorful. A squeeze of lemon atop the minced seasoned lamb really brightened things up. We liked that it was served with a nice salad–chopped deep-red tomato, white onion, red cabbage, parsley–and were instructed to pile on what we wanted and roll it up.
