One of the finest things I ate in North Carolina. These local green tomatoes were fried to perfection and topped with prosciutto, Swiss cheese, BBQ cream cheese, and green tomato jam. The restaurant is on the Biltmore Estate and its menu is filled with local foods and flavors. The four of us split about 8 things and each was better than the last.
