Cooper’s is set up like a dining hall, where you first select the meat you want straight off the grill, and then pick up your sides. Everything here is delicious, but the standouts were the beef ribs, the pork tenderloin, and the jalapeno/bacon mac-and-cheese. Don’t get there too late, as they only cook a certain amount of each meat each day.
